preliminary exercise

The preliminary exercise is a piece of work we were required to produce , and had to follow a specific brief of the exercise. As a group we followed the basic criteria of the film and in turn just produced a basic film consisting of the hand over of a briefcase. The major good point of the piece is the close up on the hand pulling the chair back , this shows a fairly decent level of camera work and helps the piece flow from one mini sequence to another. The major bad point of the video is the editing in which the characters jump occasionally when walking which shows a poor editing skill level from the group as a whole however countered with that there is a very good fade to end the piece which i believe is executed well and smoothly rounds the film off.
